Reminder that we have our monthly conscious connected breathwork journey this Sunday at 11:30am EST (8:30am west coast time)!
We’ll be having a monthly breathwork journey for members of All Parts Home on the last Sunday of everything month.
The conscious connected breath (CCB) is a powerful breathwork pattern intended to enhance mindfulness and release any sensations and/or stuck energies and emotions held in the body. When practiced in a safe container, this can be an effective modality for somatic trauma healing. Doing this breath for an extended period of time might feel uncomfortable at first, but often leads to major breakthroughs in healing and growth.
How to prepare:
It can be supportive to your experience to think of these monthly journeys as more of a ceremony. Prepare and cleanse your space, light some candles, joy down some intentions, put anything on your altar that feels supportive for your intentions, set up a cozy nest with layers, blankets, and pillows, bring a journal, and remove distractions.
Try to come on a relatively empty stomach. It can be uncomfortable and distract from the experience doing this style of breathing when you’re too full.
Wear wireless headphones (airpods work best) for an immersive experience while still being able to move around
