Hello my friend,

Happy Sunday, wherever you are in the world. Last weekend my partner and I went to Mexico City and I’m still taking some time to recover. Despite being an absolutely amazing trip, my nervous system was not prepared for the stimulation and senses overload, perhaps naively. I hope this letter serves as a reminder to explore all the ways perfectionism seeps into our psyches like a trojan horse, and that you will continue to say “yes” to all of life as it unfolds, with curiosity and compassion.

xo,

The Resting Part :-)

Mexico City
