Love this so much Eliza. And lol - I don't know what The Golden Bachelorette is (older people finding love?) but I can imagine myself crying at the same thing!

oh my gosh, I HIGHLY recommend! Have you heard of the bachelor/the bachelorette franchise? They've come up with a spin off to it where it's seniors who have either had a spouse pass or gotten a divorce, and they're all just trying to find love and companionship. It's very sweet.

Sounds right up my street :) Though we may not have it in the UK… we have First Dates which has similar vibes

Oh very true I’m not sure if it’s made it’s way to the UK yet! I’ll admit that I do love a good UK reality show (I can’t get enough of the dry humor!)

What's here now is some health and energy struggles. What's here now is softening and opening and allowing these to be here in new ways. What's here now is a recognition that I too often abandon the post my head wanted to write, to let the words my heart wants to write come through. Thank you for giving voice to this Eliza

Seeing you in all that's here for you now, Vicki. And sending you strength and softness as you navigate the health and energy struggles. Thank you for sharing <3

Moving through similar places. I can almost feel the energy shift, from more gelatinous and there is some viscosity to airy and clear (I sense you’re one of the few people I can say this to and they’d get when I’m saying 🙏🏼). I can overlay IFS and my parts nicely on that experience and feel more peace and, as you say, meet the moment. ❤️

Ahahah yes as I read your words I felt that same shift to be true within myself, too. One breath at a time :)

What’s here now is trying to have compassion for my elderly mother as I caregive without the support of my 5 siblings. I am alone but I am strong and kind and trying to live authentically. What’s here now is that I am doing the work to live one day at a time and stay sober and mentally and emotionally healthy.

I love the question what’s here now? I ask it to myself over and over again throughout the day, especially when I can feel I need my own attention. Thank you for telling my unplugged in self that there is a Golden Bachelorette happening, I know what I am doing tonight.
