Hello and welcome!
All Parts is our little corner of the internet where we embrace all parts of the human experience. I’m so happy you’re here.
I’m Eliza, a somatic psychotherapist, breathworker, and kundalini teacher exploring the complexities of life through somatics, spirituality, and science. More importantly, I’m a human being seeking understanding, connection, and authenticity.
I offer a weekly newsletter to instill reflection and deep introspection about our Selves and the world around us. Paid subscribers also get access to monthly live and recorded classes, workshops, and resources (scroll down for more info).
This is a space where you can come as you are.
It’s a space where we can dare to connect back to our authenticity. A space for conversation of our shared humanity. A space where we can get curious about our traumas and subsequent patterns and behaviors that our life experiences keep us stuck in. A space to experiment with different tools, exercises, and resources. A space where you can take what resonates, and leave the rest.
All Parts is a place where maybe, just maybe, we can start to live more alive than we ever thought possible.
“A beautiful exploration of authenticity and wholeness as more than just a catch phrase for fashionable spirituality. This is honest, compassionate, wise truth from someone who has done and is continuing to do deep healing work.” —

A bit more about me
I’m a human first, therapist second. So let’s start with some personal things. I’m a 30-something living in Austin, Texas with my husband and our fur baby, Luna. We love finding new restaurants to explore and bodies of water to jump into. We spend our summers on a tiny island in British Columbia (where my husband’s from) amongst the orcas and bald eagles, and we try to get back to Boston as much as possible to visit my family (yes, I am a Boston sports fan. Sorry not sorry!).
Growing up I suffered from dissociation, depression, and feelings of not belonging that I now know were connected to childhood trauma. Reconnecting to my body through various somatic work (much of which I share here), reclaiming and loving hard on my wounded parts, and learning to trust my Self have allowed me to cultivate the capacity to stay present to all of life’s ups and downs.
Ok, now let’s dive into my professional life. I hold two Masters degrees and am a licensed Clinical Counselor in Canada while also currently pursuing licensing in Texas to become a licensed professional counselor (LPC). I have a private practice where I work 1:1 with people in person and virtually from all over the world who are wanting to process trauma, heal from patterns that are no longer serving them, and step more fully into presence and wholeness.
Credentials and proper training are important. Here are just a handful of mine:
Master of Counseling Psychology, Yorkville University
Licensed as a Canadian Clinical Counselor (CCC) from the Canadian Counseling & Psychotherapy Association
Master of Integrative Health Studies, California Institute of Integral Studies
Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP)
Over 2000 combined hours of trainings in breathwork, kundalini yoga, and meditation
Who I support:
Depression/disconnection from Self/lacking in life force energy and feeling stuck. You know you have so much more to offer to the world but you can’t seem to get out of patterns of stuckeness and procrastination
Trauma and PTSD (including sexual abuse, complex childhood trauma, and high impact injuries)
Exhaustion and burnout from not being able to show up authentically in your life
“That was so beautiful and filling, like a lovely warm breakfast. Thank you.” —Paid subscriber
